Timing Pulley
The manufacturer of this 20 T alloy gear for a 1/12 electric RC car gear electric type of RC, we make this very cheap by using the alloy 7075 bar, first we cnc turned the parts to the the proper size and then we use gear machines the cut the gear, after we have to use cnc milling again to shape the other end and then using the tumbling machine to brush all the burrs.
We finish this pulley by hard anodizing, the tolerance is only 0.02 mm very precised, after we do the finish, remember the real hard anodizing color is only one you can call it champagne color like the picture we showed no more.
